Everything we know about Xiaomi Mi 10

Xiaomi announced the Mi 10- their next flagship device early this month, at Qualcomm’s launch event. The event saw the official unveiling of Snapdragon 865 – Qualcomm high-end SoC to power flagship phones in 2020.

The Xiaomi Mi 10, like the predecessor, will feature the latest SD 865 confirmed during the official announcement. Meanwhile, the announcement only confirmed the date and processor, but thanks to the latest leak, things are being defined now.

From the latest report, the Xiaomi Mi 10 will have a big leap in battery capacity. The battery could be between 4500mAh and 4800mAh, according to our source. And if that’s true, then that should be an extra 1200mAh – 1500mAh from Mi 9′s battery capacity.

The Xiaomi Mi 10 will have a high fluid rate and 5G internet connectivity, both features which will increase power draw. It’s only the Redmi K30 that debuted with such features of a 120Hz refresh rate LCD panel and 5G. And since Xiaomi flagship uses AMOLED display, a 90Hz screen would be a perfect fit.

For a big battery, it requires fast charging, and Xiaomi is believed to equip the Mi 10 with up to 66W fast charging. We also expect at least 25W wireless charging to be part of the package. Nevertheless, there’s no official confirmation yet, but even if the company decides to settle with 30W, it’d be decent for a 4500mAh.

In 2019, it was Quad camera arrangement that trended, and at a point, the Mi CC9 Pro went five at the back. The Xiaomi Mi 10 will feature up to four rear cameras while we speculate a punch hole for the selfie snapper.

The phone, inevitably will run Android 10 outside the box on top MIUI 11 and expect the pricing to be affordable with Xiaomi offering its flagship phones, at a high-end mid-range price. The price will be in a region of $450 to $450.
