We have received so many queries in the past from our readers, asking how they can join Xiaomi MIUI Beta testers. We are happy to announce to you that Xiaomi is currently recruiting new members of Mi Pilot, Beta Team members, that will test Global Stable ROM.
The opportunity is open to anyone Globally irrespective of Region. You will enjoy amazing features, which include giving your device a new look. Also, you make suggestions in the form of feedback to developers on how to make amazing software with few bugs.

Prerequisite for Xiaomi MIUI Beta testers
- Must be using a Xiaomi phone
- Actively participate in Stable version test, Feedback, and suggestion
- Must have an active Mi Account
- Must have a well known Mi phone flash tool
- Tolerance for issues, willing to cooperate with developers about detail information on issues
- Ability to save phone when flashing failed, willing to take risk about failed updating
Important information before filling your application
- This team will only test MIUI Global stable ROM, only apply if you’re willing to test it.
- Asking for a transfer to join another team after recruitment will not be accepted.
- Once your application is completed with all the required fields filled, and your information meets the criteria, you can then join the related communication platform (Telegram).
- There you will find a group of Global Xiaomi MIUI Beta testers, and that means your application was successful, and you have successfully been recruited.
- To ensure you’re able to receive timely OTA notification, make sure you’re on Stable ROM when applying

Application requirements to join Xiaomi MIUI Beta testers

Devices: POCO X2, Redmi K20 Pro/Mi 9T Pro, Redmi Note 7 Pro, Mi 9, Mi 9 SE, Redmi Y3, Redmi 7, Mi 8, Mi Max 3, Mi Mix 2, Mi Mix 2S, Mi Mix 3, Mi Note 10, Mi 8 Pro, Redmi 5 Plus, Redmi Note 6 Pro, Redmi 6A, Redmi 6, Mi 8 Lite, Redmi S2, Redmi Note 8 Pro, Redmi Note 8, Redmi Note 8T, Redmi 7A, Redmi 8A, Redmi 8, Mi 9 Lite.
Unfortunately, Redmi Note 7, Redmi Note 5/ Redmi Note 5 Pro, and POCO F1 MIUI beta testers have been selected, and no more testers will be recruited for those devices.
How to join Xiaomi MIUI Beta testers
First, check your ROM version. To check, simply go to settings> About phone. Refer to the circled part on the picture below, the character means the following:
- MI: Global version (V11.2.2.0 PFBMIXM)
- IN: Indian version (V11.3.12.0 PFHINXM)
- EU: EEA version (V11.3.10.0 PFJEUXM)
- RU: Russian version (V11.3.8.0 PFJRUXM)
